I actually got this from the Food Network, Chef Geoffrey Zakarian, and it is called Romaine Marmalade and Watercress, but to me it was a wonderful green sauce that I put on my steak and it was tasty:
4 bunches organic watercress, stems removed (about 2 cups) 2 whole leaves romaine lettuce 1 small clove garlic 1/4 bunch fresh cilantro, trimmed 1/4 bunch fresh flat-leaf parsley, trimmed Fresh lemon juice Fine sea salt and freshly ground pepper 2 Tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
Puree in blender until smooth.
