Go past pineapple Pete driving towards Phillipsburg. You turn towards the lagoon in a driveway right before the casino. Its on the ground floor on the backside of the apartment complex. Park and walk past the gym on the corner and its next to that. If you need more help on finding it sent me a ticket and I'll personally take you there. Lol
