Our first stay in St Maarten was at Belair back in '99 with no regrets. Then took a tour at Flamingo and bought new construction and have been there every year since then. Missed it this last year but stayed next door in a villa. To bad you missed Jamtillian with all those previous directions. Put it on your list for next visit. You'll enjoy the view and food.
