Your Cat's microchip can’t locate her when she runs away but can be used to buy catnip at the grocery store and by the time the grocery realizes it was a cat purchasing the catnip the feline caper has used wit and paws to escape. Seriously the chip just has info about the owner to contact if the cat is lost.... There are GPS tracking collars for animals, perhaps this should be considered.
