NCSailor Traveler N Joined: Dec 2007 Posts: 2,040 Charlotte, NC	Windward Passage is still in rough shape from Irma but they are open. Great location and friendly staff. Walking distance to Frenchtown and most of Charlotte Amalie. And as mentioned a few hundred yards from the ferry terminal.
