The parking if you get there early enough is close to Perch Lite and an overflow lot to the left as you come in.
There is no charge for parking. We have been paying $20.00 per day to Cedric in cash. All purchases at the Perch and chair rentals are cash, There no longer is a weekly rental break, If you get there by 9:30 it has been our experience that many chairs are available. Hope this helps.
