I don't recall ever having heard of it before. Bucket, Rocket, either one! In reference to the topic of rent in general, yes, it does save money if you don't have to pay rent. There have been a couple of different places at that location, but I don't think that overall, that is a great location like you said. Like a certain other place in Simpson Bay where you basically sit in the middle of the road and smell the gas, but lots of folks love it!!!
