I wish they were comparatively strict on violent crime. No disagreement here. The name "Mussington" is well known on Anguilla, not sure if it is also local to SXM or not. It appears the French government may be using the aftermath of the hurricane to deal with as many illegal situations as possible. No permit (or proper payoff), no business. In talking to a resident/local, they indicate the French side would like to do away with as many "local" businesses as possible and have French Nationals running the show.
