Long but smooth day. I wore flip flops on the plane and my feet froze! Everyone had their jackets on and were still cold. Stepping into St. Maarten sunshine was glorious. Michael was right there waiting for us and 15 minutes later we were on our way in our car I posted previously that we are staying in the Gauna Bay Area. Our place was a little difficult to find but we have a beautiful view of St. Bart’s. The area here doesn’t look like it was hit that hard and the foliage is wonderful. We would like to eat breakfast at Chesterfields one morning but have never been there. Could someone tell me where it is? Thanks and will post more tomorrow.
