Pandora and Spotify are exclusively licensed for the US and therefore are not accessible in the BVI. I assume this would apply only to streaming the music, as I have played my downloaded/available offline playlists while on my trip since they’re stored in my device’s (iPhone and iPad) memory. Perhaps that’s the only way to do it if what you say is correct.
