Jason, I booked tickets via InterCaribbean a few months ago, but I will be traveling after Mar.1. Do you know if customs will charge me for the increased fee ($25-$37 per traveler) on arrival? Just trying to prepare for arrival costs.
Thanks for all your helpful information in your posts! Not sure what they'll do. I suspect InterCaribbean will be responsible for collecting it somehow. Probably when you check in. Are you sure it's not already in your ticket price?
