The only mgr we have seen upon arrival is a man. I will try to seek out Bernadette. Was that Emmanuel? He was a tremendous help to us last trip. We had a new stove/oven and couldn’t figure it out. Emmanuel came to the unit tohelp us and he couldn’t either but he immediately summonsed an appliance repair person who showed us all how to use it. And then there was the tv issue - we couldn’t make the darned thing work to save our souls. Emmanuel had to come to the unit twice to ‘reset’ something and then he ultimately realized the problem was somewhere else in a junction or some other technical place. He never lost his patience and each time he came to us with a smile and an apology and couldn’t have been any nicer about helping us. What a great asset he is! But then, all the staff there is excellent so I guess I’m not surprised.
Respectfully,
pat
