Have any of you folks ever arrived at Manchioneel Bay, Cooper Island to find all mooring balls taken and no room to anchor, then proceeded around Cistern Point to stay at Hallovers Bay? The Scotts' Cruising Guide 18th edition 2017-2018 (pre-Irma) describes it as a "reasonable overnight anchorage" and their post-Irma update at http://www.cruisingguides.com/seadogblog/bvi-post-hurricane-update-june-2018 is mute on Hallovers Bay. Just looking for your opinions on Hallovers Bay as an anchorage, whether there are any mooring balls there, whether it gets as crowded as Manchioneel Bay, etc. Thanks, Randy
