One thing 45+ years ago being in business is what you are told and what actually happens is 2 different things.
I always wondered how these places can survive without " maintenance fees" to repair. And are they hoping to charge extra to the "owners" that are left paying fees? Or they will just have to be competitive to other hotel rooms?
As I have seen many "owners" are getting older ( or more) will their children take up this burden ?
