Breakfast on our deck overlooking the clear blue skies and clear waters of the Caribbean. Life is good.

Yesterday (Saturday) we woke up to cloudy skies and continued rough surf. The sun has been in and out up to the writing of this report with a bit humidity which we haven’t experienced thus far. Typically it is humid for us at this time of year so it’s been welcomed that there has been a continuous breeze with no humidity. Humidity did not last.

Our group of 10 dispersed today each doing something different. David did the Rhino Riders with the “boys” and later lunch at Buc’s.

I spent the day around the villa's pool after me and a girlfriend went to El Zafiro’s for lunch. We both had the chicken kebob with salad and fries ($14) and a glass each of wine. The chicken was cooked nicely, wasn’t dry and had flavor more so when you dipped in the accompanying sauce.

The breeze in the open air dining area where we dined was so relaxing we were in no hurry to leave. They have a big sign which states that complimentary chairs, umbrella’s, kayaks and paddles are available when you eat with them.

We decided to have a very casual dinner at Dinghy Dock. Seth still serves a hearty platter of food and each was just as good as the first time we had it. Love the ribs and fish& chips. You get 2 side options with your meal. The mac & cheese while tasty at first bite was over powered by blue cheese so for us it was too strong. We had plenty of food to eat with the salad and cole slaw we selected. Besides fries there were several other options for side dishes. Another comfortable evening by the water eating and watching some UFC live fights on TV.

It was an early night for us.
