Yup, Schwab has been doing that for years..any fee anywhere and no exchange fees. Many other banks have joined in but some require a certain balance to be left in the account...some banks have different card perks. TD Bank does have a few "maybe's" as a sample. Point is I believe it's better to just find a card that allows no fee withdrawals anywhere and keep it simple
