It is a thrill for them. Junior evil kanivle wannabes. Since most are in their early 20s or younger, I doubt they have a clue who Evel Knievel was or if he even existed since he died in 2007. It is a game with most of them and it appears there is no law enforcement that really cares to address the situation. Evil Knievel was only an analogy but thanks for your insight of the age difference.
