Only thing I heard which is unconfirmed was it was a tender off a yacht at Monkey point. I am honestly surprised it does not happen more often with the way people blast through mooring fields with their tenders and dinghies. Bransons big tender used to blow through the Saba rock and BEYC Moorings at night going very fast until they hit a dinghy. G
