Link is to a WGN radIo call with lady on the Diamond Princess for what is going on 4 weeks, the last 9 days in quarantine.

Very calm and cool about it but says Princess has been extraordinary. Princess is our favorite and we could see them being as smart as possible under circumstances.

Separately, I’ve read everyone is getting a full refund of everything including cruise booked and non cruised book transportation before/after and a future credit equivalent which is above and beyond for what is clearly not a company controllable event.

All drinks and so forth are still being served and bills are given for accounting purposes but all accounts have been zeroed out.

On the flip side there is a Brit who says their positive patience has worn thin and they are begging Richard Branson to help arrange a chartered Virgin jet to get them to England with no flight attendants and only packaged food.
