Linda and I have friends who are members at white tail and we took our 5th Wheel RV down there for a long weekend a couple years ago. It is a very nice resort with great amenities and a wide range of lodging options. The members and visitors are all polite and friendly but they also do not pry into each other’s “outside the resort” details, which is appreciated by all.
Outside the resort you’re only a short drive from a lot of national historic sites and national parks and monuments.
You will enjoy it.
