George, Which bow cleats? Difficult to see from your photo. I’m only familiar w Moorings sail cats, but have seen some use the cleats on the bar between the hulls. Isn’t it preferable to utilize the cleats affixed to each hull?
And of course, I concur the use of two lines to avoid chaffing of a single line.

Our Moorings cat had lines too short to tie from the hulls. We had to use the forward cleats (despite the warning stickers saying not to.)
