Saba rock an BEYC moorings are not maintained and have no pennants. Oil nut bay is an option and you can use moorings or take a slip and use their Marina Village facility. Use of the main resort beach club requires the purchase of a day pass ($$$$$) but it appears you can go to dinner at the main restaurants if space is available... probably a good bet in June....
