We were in Cane Garden Bay the night before and it was loud. Our boat did vibrate and it was 4:10 when they ended. Sounds like the same entertainer was there. There was a special festival that weekend as it was a holiday in Tortola. We learned that if an anchorage is pretty empty when we get there, ask why and maybe move someplace else.
