For clarification - West Chester, New York is actually Westchester - one word - and it’s a county rather than a town. It’s often referred to as the NY ‘Gold Coast’ and closely akin to its cousin, Fairfield County in CT. There are a lot of corporate heads and much wealth in both locations, allowing for a lot of travel among its citizenry which might (or might not?) have something to do with their Covid-19 numbers. The NYC numbers reflect a huge number of people living in very close quarters whereas the Westchester numbers refer to a lesser populace spread over a lot of area. Does it make a difference? I honestly don’t know but just throwing it out there for consideration.
Respectfully,
pat
