CaptainJay Traveler Joined: Jan 2007 Posts: 1,277 Saint Thomas, USVI	Yep booking USVI as a starting point wether crewed or bare oat will give you the best options. If everything opens up it won't make any real difference. If the BVI doesn't you will still have great options.
