We were on the island in June of last year and your reports are making us want to get back there. We live in Sarasota and drove to Fort Lauderdale for the great rates that JB had. We rented a condo in Orient Village and spent 5 of the 7 days letting sand gravity tale its effect! That was also when we went to the Ma Doudou factory in Cul-De-Sac. Much like your newbies, it was our first time at the rhum shop and we brought back a lot of their small bottles as souvenirs and gifts.
