We stayed in Munich. Tripadvisor would have a list or hotels in Erding. There are also some hotels around Munich airport that offer shuttle services to the Therme since it is not far from the airport. We stayed at the Sofitel right beside the train station in Munich. It was a beautiful hotel and worked well for our touring around Munich. Not cheap though.
