Unfortunately that's probably true. But, for those of us wise enough to trust the science we won't have to worry about getting this disease. We'll likely have to keep wearing face coverings for a good portion on 2021, but that's a minor inconvenience when compared to getting a pulmonary disease. And, hopefully, proof of vaccination (a certificate or something) will be more than enough when it comes to traveling abroad and eliminate the need for COVID testing or at least reduce it significantly. The question that will still linger, however is how long will immunity to the virus last? This is just a guess (because at this time no one really knows), but within two weeks after the second vaccine injection I'm thinking immunity will last for possibly nine months or longer. If that's the case, a booster shot may be likely the following year.
