The answer is "yes". Regardless, your travel insurance with your credit card is probably NOT going to cover anything that this insurance covers. This insurance covers the cost of medical treatment on island, quarantine on island and COVID medical evac. Travel insurance through your credit card would not cover quarantine and COVID medical evac, which is EXTREMELY expensive.
