Not sure what the protocols will be but we are hoping they will oosen up a bit..we are both vaccinated. Next week we'll start planning that..trying to find out exactly what we need to land in STT..anyone? The short version is test within 5 days of travel (rapid test allowed) and request approval to enter USVI thru the above portal.
