Spiga and the Sunset Cafe in Grand Case are both open for business as far as I know, but I have no idea about the other two places. With the Sunset Cafe don't plan to eat dinner too late because they close up shop around 9 p.m. or so, but I would think 7:00 would be an ideal time to eat there. You are referring to the Sunset Cafe which is in the Grand Case Beach Club, correct? Not to be confused with the Sunset Bar & Grill adjacent to Maho Beach on the Dutch side which only serves 'extended' lunch until 6:00 p.m. and really clears out after 4 or so.
