One more experience on this can't hurt. 11am last leg from Miami this past Monday. So, logged in with local CVS 7 days before trip. We both checked fever and asthma, and submitted insurance, and chose this over "voluntary for travel" because VFT did not allow the rt-pcr lab test, and we wanted the 5-day lead. We checked "lab test", then scheduled for Wednesday before trip, in the afternoon, drive thru self-administer. I received email of negative results on Thurs morning 7am, and my wife got her negative Thurs afternoon 4pm. When we both got to the pharmacist window, we confirmed "..rt-pcr lab, not rapid..". They confirmed rt-pcr. We downloaded the CVS PDF, and submitted to EHAS. Don't assume, like me, that just because I uploaded the Negative test result does not mean it will not be asked for again. They did at SXM airport, and I frantically logged into SXM wifi and presented negative report to immigration. Whew. Been here 3 days. Happy traveling.
