The USVI Portal requirements that I quoted above do not make a distinction between arrival by air or sea, so it looks to me that the antibody test will suffice for arriving from the mainland by air. Of course, if you’re going on to the BVI via ferry as I am, you’ll still need the PCR test to enter there.
