We went to the website and to trip advisor and the place gets amazingly good reviews, but they don't explain anywhere how you go about asking for a terrace room vs a balcony room at the Tara Suites section of the Bucuti Tara. The room booking area on the Bucuti website doesn't have any option for choosing one over the other as far as balcony vs ground floor terrace room. Weird...I'm gonna contact them directly.
