The difference, and why you are paying more for the approved for travel version, is that it is proctored either in person or through telemedicine. Both tests use exactly the same reagent and card. With the proctored version you get a lab report that meets all of the guidelines from the CDC and is accepted for entrance to many countries including return to the USA.
