Hi, my starting point is the classic, 1 part sour, 2 part sweet, 3 part strong and four part weak
You then experiment with flavours you like. Last summers approach was to make a lime infused simple syrup, with zest. The sour was mainly lime, strong - you choose, white or amber or both! ie a little float of amber on top Weak - lots of choices, orange, pineapple and coconut are all classics, maybe a llittle club soda if you want - don't forget the grate of nutmeg on top The beauty is the perfect recipe requires lots and lots of practice J&B
