LinkI'm kind of slow on the uptake, but it looks like you can travel from either St. Martin or Sint Maarten by SEA to St. Barts, with only proof of vaccination. But if you want to travel by AIR from SINT MAARTEN, you still need a compelling reason? "Persons travelling from Dutch St. Maarten to St. Barths by sea must present their complete vaccination status" I wonder if this is for Island Residents only or if this applies to visitors/travelers as well (like taking a day trip) and if the same rules apply to come back to Dutch St. Maarten if you are vaccinated. Lot left to interpretation IMHO...
