An out of control Russian Rocket is being tracked and will pass over SXM today. It will pass over SXM at 1:23pm ET Hopefully it will fall into the ocean.
Update: It passed over SXM @ 1:23 ET but did not enter earth’s atmosphere which means it could pass over SXM again.
