This is purely a personal opinion on my part but from my own PERSONAL perspective, if I go there once it will a lot and honestly, price has very little to do with it. I have always been a fan of island restaurants that are somewhat reflective of the island itself and based only on the photos shown, this new addition could be anywhere - New York, Boston, Chicago, MiamI, LA - and I’m sure you’re getting my drift. I would far prefer an evening in a more islandy atmosphere with the scent of island breezes blowing through the dining room. And if I were on a beach dining in that atmosphere, even better. I’d prefer a less upscale atmosphere even at those prices, and that’s probably why I’d prefer dining at Chesterfields or outdoors on the balcony at Sublime. Oh, how I used to enjoy dinner on the porch at La Vie En Rose. Wow! Am I ever showing my age…..
Respectfully,
pat
