Exactly what it says. The way I interpret it is you don't need a test if you've had two shots within 2 weeks or more and NO booster if shots were within 9 months of arrival. You need 2 shots of something to be fully vaxed doesn't mean 1 shot of J&J only. ONE shot of J & J is considered FULLY vaccinated with the CDC. A booster has not been included in the CDC guidelines as of yet. SXM sets their own rules and often screws up.
