Beautifully done, Louise, as I knew it would be. Thank you for sharing your trip and your thoughts. How do you remember all those details?! I’m often hard pressed to remember in the morning what and sometimes where we had dinner the night before!
Rosie’s ribs are my favorite on the island but I definitely get they’re not for everyone. I like them because they aren’t slathered with ooey--gooey sauce but I also respect there are many who don't go for the dry rub and no sauce.
John and I can’t wait to try the lobster spot and I am so glad you enjoyed SUBLIME. It’s fast become our new favorite with great food, staff, atmosphere and close to home so the drive is negligible.
