Here is some updated photos taken at the controversial beach restaurant.
FYI beach chairs are $30 for two but includes a couple towels and bottles of water. The menu is pricey. It includes a caviar appetizer for $98. Also a tapas menu later in the day with plates of meats etc.
I believe their menu is online but the manager gave me one which I could post if someone wants it. Parking may be an issue although they have a parking area by the old Casino and run a shuttle to and from the restaurant.
