I don't think there's anything else in the area that's quite like BSV (or as nice, either....) but there is the little boutique hotel next door - El Zafiro. I don't know what their rental policies are and I know nothing about their rates. I really like Mary's Boon and would consider it for a full week but in all honesty, if it were me, I think I'd either do BSV for six nights and call it a trip or I'd consider the place that could give me seven consecutive nights instead of packing everything up and moving for just one night. This is a pain in the butt and a waste of time, IMHO.
