BYE BYE Greece

Our travel day started early with the first hydrofoil ferry from P pros at 7:30'.

Sunrising over the harbour made it even more difficult to leave.

Disembark at Athens in about an hour, taxi to the airport and all settled for our flight at 1:30. Athens airport easy and quick to navigate ..flight to Toronto will be 11 hours...OMG I was uncomfortable . So jealous of all you snoring drooling folks around me. a few hours in Toronto then off to Monton, retrieve our stuff then 2 hr drive home , eyes peeled for moose and other critters as we try to stay awake to keep the driver alert. wow ...24 hrs of travelling later we are snug in our bed at home. what a time we had....rest up for the day then back to work ....6 hr time change after 24 hrs of cramped travel is not fun but worth every bit of it. ....
Every time we toasted during this unsurpassed vacation my friend Nancy instead of cheers said Happy Birthday Kim.....
