They're after a particular thing, the gooeyness and mouth feel of American cheese - Just like their other three locations. If you look at the menu, one of the things is simplicity, one choice of cheese.
I've talked to the owners quite a lot and I am certain they are going to KILL at that location. There are three bars in the place, one stand up bar up front, a service bar with lots of seating inside, and a service bar and live performance area at the back outside. They've pout quite a lot of money into refurbishing the old cottage and it looks great.
My best buddy is visiting on Saturday and that's going to be our first night out together.
