High speed run to Customs at West End. We did not have to get off the boat. Cleared Customs is about 15 minutes for the six folks on the water taxi. Dropped at the Moorings dock.
Let me count the ways this is awesome: 1) No taxi from airport to ferry dock; 2) no waiting in line to buy ferry tickets; 3) no paying for luggage on ferry; 4) no waiting in line to board ferry; 5) no mad rush for the Customs counter, with another hour in line; 6) no hailing another taxi to go from Road Town Customs to Moorings.
Was it worth the price? Heck yes! Our group was standing on the Moorings dock about three hours after we deplaned. Instead of the usual tiring schlep from STT to Moorings base, this was convenient, time saving, and stress free. Try it! Like air conditioning on a boat- once you try it, you'll never go back!
