With the facts that I have read here and other places along with the correspondence from Alegria I doubt if any class action suit would be of any benefit. Fault really is on Manek with filled bankruptcy which is probably cleared of all liability in this matter.
All I can say is good luck but it is probably throwing good money after bad.
