It will be at 15:00 (3PM). There is the standard 17:00 opening for any stragglers, but the goal for today is to have short races so that everyone makes it back for that bridge and the main prizegiving event.

If you are at the opening, give a cheer for the crew on the start boats I'll be on one and getting pictures of the crowd from the other point of view.
