I agree with everything you said except about eggs Benedict. I have had it at a brunch buffet before. Sometimes not as fresh with soft yokes but still ok. That's what I mean. It's not really a buffet item. But you guys are missing the point. Any business is only as good as it's owner. Don't blame the servers. Cheers irina
