ED Card is a embarcation and disembarkation information card.
I have never filled one out or been asked to fill one out either upon entry or exiting the country. It may depend on your nationality or the country of origin, but I fly direct from Canada and have never been required to fill one out.
I fly back and forth multiple times during the year.
